The economical Accu-Cut XLR8 CNC router tables are built upon a heavy-duty steel welded base that will not vibrate loose, and then are hand-assembled by American craftsmen to ensure accuracy and repeatable cutting up to .003 (three-thousandths) of an inch. These router tables will accurately cut aluminum, acrylic/plastics, and wood. The Accu-Cut XLR8 is also capable of cutting 3D parts, when used with the proper software to create 3D files.

QUALITY & PRECISION. The Accu-Cut XLR8 CNC router table is manufactured using high-quality components and materials. Examples of our high-quality components and materials include such as 15-20mm linear bearing rails and helical racks and gears to ensure smoother, quieter and more precise movements along the X and Y axis. The steel welded frame will never rattle loose.
LEADING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY. The Accu-Cut XLR8 utilizes the most advanced, high-speed virtual controllers available for CNC control. The Accu-Cut software allows you to: watch your parts run in real time along the tool path in 2D or 3D, rewind the cutting program if needed, and change cut speeds on the fly with unlimited file size capabilities.
SPEED. Our standard Accu-Cut XLR8 machine comes equipped with Stepper motors allows for quick speeds up to 850 inches per minute. Upgrading your router table to Servos allows for blazing speeds up to 1,980 inches per minute.
HAND PENDANT. Our specially designed, custom handheld pendant allows you to set: home positions, part starting X & Y positions, Z depth position, adjust jogging speeds (-/+), and much more.

Yes, we offer a 6HP tool changer with 5 or more tool positions. *Number of tool positions depends on machine size and options.
The base model Accu-Cut XLR8 comes with a 3.5HP spindle. This is upgradeable to Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), a 5HP, 7HP or 11HP spindle.
All Accu-Cut XLR8 routers ship with a laptop, Accu-Cut software (installed), training videos, a T-Slot system to hold material down, a router cutting head, and our industry leading 3-year warranty plus our lifetime 800 technical support to the original owner. *On-site installation/support can be purchased.
The Accu-Cut XLR8 router has gantry clearances of 6 inches and is made to cut aluminum, plastics, wood, and more. It can cut any material thickness that the router bit being used is made to cut.
*Thicker materials might require more than 1 cut pass.
We offer Cut2D with the Accu-Cut XLR8 router. Cut2D is a powerful and intuitive software for cutting parts on a CNC Router. *Software can be upgraded to VCarve Pro or Aspire. Enroute is also compatible.
